Flood Barriers Ireland was set up in late 2009 by the Directors of IPRS, a long established Waterford-based cladding repair and coating systems specialist.  The company was established to meet the needs of the flood victims of November 2009 who needed an accessible and affordable total solution to the increasing threat posed by flooding.
